August Fungi

We had so many positive developments in August!  We picked up another small mushroom farm’s lab equipment, we installed a brand new multiple mini-split heating and cooling system, and we expanded our customer base along with the amount of fresh mushrooms we are harvesting.

Artist Lindsay Kirk Started dropping off her work that will be on display from September through October.  Her Launch event is Saturday, 9/17 and features the bands Stoker and Century Plants.  Visionary Amy will be on site reading tarot cards as well!  Suggested donation of just $10 gets you art, music, food, and a chance to enjoy the fungi!

We created several table top mushroom sculptures that were used in our August dinners and are working with the Troy Helderberg Meadworks Tasting room to schedule a “sculpt and sip” night where guests can make their own mushroom sculptures!
