How To Order

The easiest way to get our fresh mushrooms is to come right into our shop! We are open Wednesday through Sunday! We also offer a variety of mushroom themed curios and art. We can also be found at the Helderberg Mountain Brewing Company on Main Street in East Berne, NY Wednesday night’s from 5pm to 6:30pm. You can also shoot us an email ( Collarcitymushrooms@gmail.com ) or message on Instagram or Facebook. We supply to restaurants and to your own dining room table. Our staff will also be on order once the Covid Restrictions have been lifted. We will be available to come to your school, your home, your business and give educational talks, demonstrations, and recipe guidance on mushrooms! Check below for the mushrooms we typically have available (we rotate our stock though, so check in before you decide what you want).
