Birch Polypore (Fomitopsis betulina)

To use ground Birch Polypore as a tea: put a teaspoon or two in a tea strainer and steep in hot water for 15 – 20 minutes. Add herbs, spices, or other mushrooms to taste or for medicinal effect.

To use ground Birch Polypore for wound (or acne) care use a clean q-tip or similar tool to move polypore fluff from the container to a bandaid / bandage and apply directly to wound/ acne.
